We just started looking for our first house. We already have in mind which kind of house we want. However since the real estate market is crazy right now, we noticed that with our budget we can only get a smaller house and at a higher price. I am just not sure if we should just go for a smaller house since we are starting a family or wait. Is it really worthy to go for it?
