I’m currently looking for places to stay in the city for collage, and I’m currently standing between two options.
The first apartment I’m looking at is 686 American dollars. It’s a really nice apartment, and the two roommates already living there seem like super cool people. They’re both two 27 year old dudes who are also students (I’m 18). The kitchen and Livingroom are huge and spacy. When I visited, it seemed really clean and well kept.
The second apartment I’m looking at is 481 American dollars. I will never ever find anything cheaper in this city for years if I don’t take the deal. But the quality of the apartment isn’t that good. My friend already lives there with one roommate who is going to move out soon. The ting is, my friend and the other person has made the apparent super gross and dirty. The math in the bathroom is literary crusty. I’m suspecting that they’re not really gonna clean up after themselves once they leave, and I don’t have a problem with that. I can clean it myself, just something to take into consideration.
Through my student loans, I will get 1037 American dollars every month. I’ll also get a job so I can earn a little extra. Maybe about 360 dollars a month. If I go with option number one, that leaves me with about 240 dollars for extra expenses after I’ve paid bills and set aside some money for food and stuff. If I go with option number two, that leaves me with a bit more.
I don’t know what to do or what to choose. The first one is a lot nicer, while the other one leaves me with a lot of work in the start, but it’s also a lot cheaper.
