So, I've had this job for a year and a half and I just had my performance review. It was good, I met expectations and exceeded them by an average of 31% in one area and 27% in another.
Let's say I dealt with 13 clients on avg, when my target was 11.
Now my productivity demand increased for 27%. I had to take care of 11 clients per day, now they ask me to take care of 14, a 27% increase.
Would it be wrong to ask for an 18% pay raise?
