Hello. Just trying to figure out a monthly budget because I am looking to move out soon. My income varies (self employed). So far for 2021 I have grossed $14.5k but I have probably spend close to 3k. Tell me if this looks about right. Where I can cut expenses or if I am forgetting stuff.
1200 rent 200 utilities (internet, electric, water) 400 groceries 80 cell phone 180 car insurance 1000 business expenses (includes a 160 per month storage unit rental) 100 fun.
That’s 3200 a month. 38400 a year to live. More than I would’ve thought. I make about 45k before taxes, self employed. So I would be basically saving nothing.
