I'm pretty confused right now. I just got paid $36.89 from a Venmo account called "B Settlement", with the note "Your B Settlement payment is now available in Venmo." I have no idea who this came from, as far as I know I don't have my venmo linked to any social media accounts or anything, and it seems like an automated message so they won't respond to my comment asking who this is from or why I received it. Is this some kind of scam? Should I not accept the money? Does anyone have any idea why I could have received it? I'm so confused.
EDIT: I think I figured it out, thanks to /u/SecretSentinel09. It was a Bumble class action lawsuit I signed up for a while ago and only recently got paid, so probably not a scam. Thanks for the advice everyone!
