Is this even legal? I was doing month to month at my previous gym (small chain) and they closed. Then I see that I’m now getting charged from crunch for 2.5x the amount? I did not consent to this. Has anyone dealt with this before? I already disputed the charges on my credit card and have no interest in going to this gym.
