Hello. What up. I want to find a way to live cheaper. I’m wanting to move out for the first time. I’m 25 and have been building a business for the past 2 yrs living at home. Is there any ways to live on a mortgage of like $1,000 a month on your own private property (no like trailer parks or anything), with utilities included anywhere in the US? I’m not talking about moving to a cheaper area. But “hacks” like mobile homes and private land or something. Say buy an acre or 2 for like $20-30k (what they’d be in my area) and put a mobile home on it... or something like that, idk. I’m cool w/living like a rogue. I’ve lived in a car before so living in a mobile home (if it makes sense financially) I’m cool with. I don’t care about the “stigma”.
Just trying to figure out a way to not pay fucking $1200 a month (not including utilities) for a studio or 1 bedroom apartment.
