I have two kids and I wanted to open up mutual fund accounts under their names. I want them to learn how to put money away for their retirement. It would start small but we plan to make regular contributions. Is this a good idea to start kids off on the savings/retirement journey? Any suggestions for the type of fund to open and who to open them with?
