I left my job and am rolling over my 401k to my IRA. The 401k provider, Slavic401k liquidated my assets for the distribution last week but the check still hasn’t been sent, effectively sitting on my cash (~100k) interest-free for a week. Is this typical to have this long of a wait between selling holdings and sending a check? This is the first time I’ve rolled over a 401k.
