I don’t know why but I always manage to spend all of my money and then don’t leave any for savings. I need help; I need tips or advice on how to stop myself from buying crap I don’t need. It’s not even necessarily things! I buy too much at the grocery store, even when I take a list. I buy my friend’s lunch or drinks when we go out (...that feels like forever ago). I mean, it’s also crap I don’t need, video games, electronics, whatever sounds appealing. I’m pushing 30 and I would love to save to buy a home, but I know if need to learn better money management first. If I could just stick to my budget I’d be saving about $500 a month, but this month my bank account was close to over-drafting. How does someone learn to be frugal?
