I went to a doctor for chronic pain several months ago and had terrible service. I then started going somewhere else.

Months later they sent me a bill because my insurance didn't cover $50.00 worth of stuff. I was told it was covered originally by the doctor's office themselves as a goodwill due to how bad my experience was being up to that point.

I called the doctors office for scheduling, billing, and a number that gets posted whenever someone complains online via Google reviews and have left voicemails at each, noone ever picks up or returns the call (which is originally a big reason why I left). I've left a few voicemails over the last month.

Am I going to get sent to collections or should I keep trying to reach them?
