I was trying to figure out if certain discounts I qualified for and did not give this company my phone number nor did I consent to them applying for a loan or seeking financing and not at any point did I commit to purchasing a vehicle with them. but they applied for 5 automotive loans on my behalf and called me over 30 times. I contacted the companies I can get ahold of but I'm not sure what to do, and I also can't get them to remove the inquiry from their in house financing. I'm not sure what to do. Are there any other tips for getting these hard inquiries removed? Is there a financial body I can file a complaint to?
