I live in California with four people in total in a 3 bed and two bath house, I’ve been helping my mom with bills for a while now and our water/power bill is over $600 bi-monthly. We have done everything we can think of to save $ like going to the outside meter and lowering down the water pressure, unplugging most things we don’t use, make sure we turn off lights that aren’t at use, changed light bulbs, fixed every leak we can find and alway wash clothes with tap water, we don’t take showers everyday. Is $600 normal for a household? Any ideas what we can do to lower the bill?
