I've noticed people on here singing the praises of rice and beans regularly. Would everyone mind sharing how you like to eat them? If you use dried beans, what's the best way to cook them? We have chickens and my favorite meal is rice and black beans (canned) with an egg poached on top and a bit of parmesan, sour cream and hot sauce. Anyone want to share?
