Hey guys,
I was doing my taxes today and was shocked to see I owe 5k to the IRS. I double checked my w4 and I did select zero allowances (Which I thought would protect me from underpaying). I am single, make 100,000 a year and get paid bi monthly. Can anyone explain why I owe money?

UPDATE: My employer said I made 8k in tips which caused the issue, I do not make ANY tips lol.
