My expected Graduation date is 2022. I have about a year left. I have enough money available to pay off my remaining tuition and not work for a year.
I work in logistics, but I want to work in finance or software. I like the company I work at it.
I live with a racist old man I met off craiglist, I don't want to live with him anymore.
I think I may have undiagnosed ADHD, I'm afraid of taking medications for it. I'm 100% focused at my job. But outside of that I have trouble with my schoolwork. I always prioritize my work over my education, and I want to reverse that.
I live in SWFL, but I want to move to the east coast of FL, because that's where my university is located. I would be around people my own age, and could network to get an internship. To make this move would require leaving the company I work with. I work at the corporate HQ, and I'm expecting higher positions to be available in the future as we're a growing company.
TLDR; I like the company, but I don't care for the industry I'm currently working in. I don't want to live with my landlord anymore. I don't want to live in the city I live in anymore. I can afford to live off my investments for a year if I needed to. I want to move closer to my university and get my degree as soon as possible with a good GPA.
I would be foregoing the best job I've had at the best company I've worked at to do this.
I have $78,000, what the hell should I do with it?
I'm never owned a home, should I buy a house in southeast FL, instead of renting?
I would love some kind of advice please. I really don't know if this is the best sub to post this to or not.
