I haven't seen anyone post about this but I have TMobile and saw they offered their checking account with 4% interest on the first 3k and 1% on everything else. I signed up for it a few months ago and it's been really easy to use. Its also gotten me much higher rates than any savings account around right now. You have to be a TMobile member, have $200 in deposits each month, and opt in to their rewards program (most tmobile members already are anyway) but thats really all you have to do to maintain the 4% rate.
Ive earned more with the 2500 in the checking account in 3 months that 6 months of 7000 in my hysa.
I dont have much else to add to this but I just wanted to share the info for anyone who might not know about it.
Edit to add: Chrismyers2k1 pointed out the you dont have to be a TMobile member to open the account and get the 1%, only to qualify for the 4% on the first $3000
