I made a post around 3 weeks ago, but basically had my wisdom teeth removed and they said everything will be covered by insurance (except for a few upfront costs that wasnt a lot), but doctor turns around and says you have to pay an extra $800. I NOW have the EOB in front of me, so please tell me what to explain from there, but it seems the insurance says "The member has met the contractual maximum. The patient is responsible for the amount indicated as *Patient Pays*". Let me know if you need further detail or what I can do next.

NOTE: The oral surgeon called back in December saying that she'll cover these costs in the new 2021 budget. But I recently got a reminder to pay this, and it's annoying cause whenever I call up the office they always say she's busy.
