Job #1: $40/hr 5AM-130PM Mon-Fri
Job #2: $33/hr 2PM-1030PM Tu-Sat
Both jobs are in laboratory.
Stress scale: 1-10. 10 being the highest.
Job #1 stress: 6. I start this job next week. I suspect it’ll be hard at first but the job doesn’t involve constant work as job #2 does. It’s also less work in general.
Job #2 stress: 2. I can pretty much do whatever I want here as long as I get my work done. I get 8 hours worth of work done in 4 hrs.... if you work smart. No one bothers me. I also work from home on my days off at this job. 8 hours on Sunday and 4 on Monday. Been here for 5 years.
Goals:
Raise baby.
Buy house
Buy additional multi family apartments.
Retire by 45-50
Is this all worth it? I feel like I can do it for like maybe 5 years lol. Then illl try to keep moving up the totem pole at one job.
Is the juice worth the squeeze?
