Is there something simpler and smaller than a sewing machine that can be used for repairs? Mostly, I want to keep small tears that are less than 2 cm from getting bigger, and don't care about aesthetics. I've seen some handheld sewing machines, but reviews mostly say they are garbage that fall apart after a few uses. Thanks for any suggestions.
