My goal for 2021 is to stop buying things I will eventually throw away, donate, or end up storing in the garage. Over the years I’ve made a few steps in this but now I want to make it a priority. I understand that most things don’t last forever and will eventually need replacing but if I buy it it’s gotta last. What are some regular day to day items that I can stop buying disposable versions of? This is a list of things we’ve already done. 1. Cast iron skillet and carbon steel 2. Clothe napkins. 3. Gotten rid of cheap plastic storage containers and got glass. I ended up getting them for Christmas.

I’m curious about silicone ziplock bags too. If anyone has ever bought them I’d like to know if they are worth the investment.
