Can I just sleep on a blanket on the floor with a pillow instead of buying a mattress/bedframe?

I know its probably not that good for you, but is it atleast a reasonable option, if you dont wanna buy a mattress? Im thinking of buying 2 blankets btw, one for sleeping on, the other for using
