I'm trying to figure out where I can buy kosher salt in significant bulk, ideally in waterproofed containment of some kind. Does anyone know if it's available that way and if so where (affordably)? I know I can buy 3 lb boxes but those don't hold up well (as I've found out to my cost in the past). Restaurant supply has iodized table salt in 20 lb bags, but not kosher salt.
