I have a 40’ long shipping container that is 9.5’ tall & 8’ wide. I’ve had it for three years. The container itself cost 1k & it cost another 1k to have it delivered. If I ever move again, I can hire a driver to have it delivered with my stuff already in it. I moved 5 times in 7 years. I added up how much I spent on storage & moving vans - I could have already had one. I’ve easily saved over 10k in storage fees. Compare it to your local storage complex.
