Do the people who follow this site even know what frugal is? Eating out period it never frugal! Whether you tip for to-go or not is such a silly way to save money. Most servers make $2.13/hr and nearly all their paychecks are $0. The hostess is making minimum wage and so is the kitchen. Also that server has to tip out the hostess and the kitchen and the bar. If you are eating out I'm guessing you make more then minimum wage so what's the holdup on a couple bucks. Go to a drive thru or stay home and make your own western burger no tomatoes with tater tots yourself. It's cheaper and that's frugal.
