Buy the big power tool bundle kits when they are on sale if you need power tools. Then, sell the ones you don't need and you'll end up paying half the cost per tool that you decide to keep. I bought a dewalt bundle kit that included a bunch of power tools and batteries for $500. I kept three tools and sold the rest for a total of $410. So I paid about $30 for each of the three tools I kept.
