Just like the title, I got a car rental from enterprise about a month ago. Tonight they sent me an email with a statement of charges for damages done to the car that I did not do! They checked it in and even stated no charges and sent me on my way!! What can I do? I should mention the rental car sat at a car dealership I work at THE ENTIRE Time. There’s NO WAY I did the damage. How do I go about this?
