I have been too cash heavy for the past 5 years (yes, lots of lost opportunity). I have been DCA'ing into the market for the past year but at this rate its gonna take me another year to deploy all of the cash.
Just seeing what the general thoughts are on DCA'ing or lump sum investing right now. I swear to god every day I look at my portfolio everyday and its unreal at how much my stocks are going up every day (unrealized, but still). Nobody knows when this party is gonna end, but it will end at some point.
I was planning on dumping a ton of cash into all of the ARK funds over the next month. The ARK funds would represent ~30% of my total portfolio. The rest of my portfolio is in the S&P and some individual stocks, which I'm doing fine on. I beating the S&P overall by a few points, which is good enough for me.
What do you guys think of this strategy?
