I was thinking to increase it to 10% i usually do 7%. My company has always done 100% match. With COVID one of the many things they did to save the company was halt matching.
I mentioned to my BF that I was considering increasing it since I'm not getting matching and he said, "since they aren't matching tho... is there even a point?"
