I’m needing some advice. I’m new to Reddit, my husband and I currently own a home. We bought it almost 2 years ago. I absolutely HATE where the house is. The road is extremely busy so I don’t feel comfortable with my kiddos riding bikes or anything on the street. I want out of this house. I have been considering selling it for rent to own because we don’t have a lot of money to put into selling it. And I thought rent to own we can put back the extra we charge for rent into savings for the house if anything happens. Anyone have any experience selling a home as rent to own? Thanks.
