It's hard to tell how much you are drinking by just looking at the wine level in the bottle. I would tend to consume too much.
Now, I just measure out 125 ml into each glass. My wife and I can enjoy a bottle over 3 days (typically with lunch).
Many measuring cups have both imperial and metric units. I prefer glass measuring cups, by preference.
The easy math... most bottles of wine have 750 ml in them. Divide by 6 equal pours yields 125 ml per glass.
