I am sort of frustrated at myself. I have always been frugal and bargain hunter & never cared about the time it cost me. Now I am older, married to a guy very opposite of me & sometimes I see the issue I creat for myself because of my frugal nature.

Example if I go into a store to buy blouse & realize average blouse cost $25. So I head over to clearance section to find blouse under $20 because otherwise it’s not worth the bargain. I get frustrated & remind myself to, “find what you like & buy it, don’t focus on the cost, you can afford this”.

So I stop focusing on price & find few blouse I like that are $50+ buck. I am ready to buy but ask myself “why am I buying something for double the price, have I looked everywhere? At least the average cost should be good, this is ridiculous”. So I go back sifting thru everything again & I am frustrated at myself for wasting so much time and energy.

This is clothing example which is not too expensive. But I am looking at house now in this crazy hot market & I start at below my budget and after frustration I am swinging to above my budget. I just really want to be the average person who doesn’t drive herself crazy. I want to be the person who goes in to store, realize average blouse is $25 and target to buy something between 20-30 & gets it right away
