I have NO reputable knowledge about finance or investing, and my mom is really trying to get me into their NLG group to be licensed and to earn commissions. Tbh, it sounds like MLM and as I found out, the company is allegedly being sued because they trick asian immigrants in their scheme. I want to know more about this soon, because I don't want her to get into debt and I also want to have a good reason as to why I would/wouldn't want to join in.
tldr: i'm 18, how can i start learning more about financial terms, policies, and all that stuff. the only resource i have is the licensing course under NLG which i think is sketchy, i just don't know why yet
