I've asked the businesses around my apartment to take a picture of the notebook cover and spread around their offices with hope of a match, but nothing has come of it.
I've asked my neighbors but nothing came of it.
Should I burn it? The amount of info in it is staggering, an ID thief's wet dream, and I'm afraid of letting it out of my possession due to fear for the people in the book.
Should I burn it? Contact the people inside? What do you think?
It's completely despicable that someone would store sensitive data this way. I found it on the base of a light post in the business parking lot below my apartment. Had some minor water damage, so had probably been sitting there for about a week.
