I’m looking into buying warrants rather than common shares for a SPAC I’m interested in. The ratio for conversion is 1:1 and when the common the stock is trading at $11.50. I’m having trouble finding if the stock needs to trading at that price for a certain amount of time for me to be able to convert the warrants to commons or if there is a certain date that has to pass before I can do this. Where should I be looking to find this info? To convert them do I just talk to my brokerage and have them convert them once the requirements are filled? Thanks in advance.
