Hey all,Long time lurker, first post to this sub.I’m remodeling a basement bedroom whose only source of natural light is an egress window. The room is 9’X13’. Prior to us, someone installed fluorescent tube shop lights, but those are gone. I am wired for two fixtures on either side of the duct. The duct is 12” wide and 6” deep and occupies the middle of the ceiling. It’s an 8 foot ceiling.I’m intrigued by the LED idea. I’d like to be able to dim them and the bright, white is what turns me off about LED. But I see some are able to change colors, what’s that about?
