Publicly traded $3 billion company.

My options are 100% RSUs, 100% Stock options, or any 25/75, 50/50, 75/25 split.

Current stock price ~$100

We receive 3x the stock options for every RSU exchanged.

I have spent hours wrapping my head around the concept, and I've landed on 75%rsu 25% stock options, although many resources insinuate that stock options are usually the poorer choice at all *when they are equal*. I can't find anything about when we're offered 3x the RSU.

What would you think about a 75/25 split?

While (clearly) not a financial expert, I truly to foresee HUGE growth potential in this company.
