I hope this is the right subreddit for this question.
I inherited half an acre of land in the middle of nowhere in New Mexico. I've been told that it was purchased for $600 by my grandparents and that it's still worth about $600. From what I understand, it's just a lot of sand.
What do I do with it? I dont really want to let it go for just a few hundred bucks... so if it's completely worthless, I guess I'll just hang onto it. But is there anything smart I can do with this land?
