Dollar General / Family Dollar usually has a $5 off $25 purchase weekend coupon. Combined with other coupons, it allowed for low cost deals, where you could get $25+ worth of stuff for like $5. Recently, I was looking at the coupon terms, and if I'm reading it right, it shows that the $5 off $25 coupon applies only if the total, after all other coupons is $25+. Not sure if it's been like this for awhile, or if it's a new change. Any ideas?
