I know granola bars are good but it’s not substantial enough to fill me up until lunch time at work- yet I find myself always rushing in the morning to get out the door because I insist on getting to work early to beat traffic and it’s a long commute (1 hour)
Any ideas? Frozen breakfast sandwiches look kinda pricey - is there anything I can prep on a Sunday and it could last the rest of the week without spoiling?
