I own my condo in a high cost of living area, with mortgage payments and insurance and property tax it’s $3140 a month. my partner and I have been discussing moving in together and said they can afford $1000 a month. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I’m conflicted about giving up my space (2 bedroom) and still paying $2140 when they’re only paying $1000. Trying to leave emotion out of it and make the financially smart decision.
