I’ve been using Terminex for home bug spray service, but I haven’t been blown away by their service and it seems like a simple enough job unless you have a big issue. I started looking into doing it myself and found some good resources.

I just bought a gallon of professional insecticide and a sprayer that will both last me multiple years for less than what it would have cost me for one additional Terminex treatment.
