I had this chair from steelcase a week now and it's been nothing but pain and frustration. Granted, I've been slouching my entire life- no matter what settings I adjust to I can't seem to find any comfort. I've seen almost every youtube videos for adjusting this chair and proper ergo chair sitting position.

My main discomfort/pain comes from the seat. After about 3 minutes of sitting I feel like my hamstrings/gluts are extremely pressured and nothing alleviates that. I've changed the depth, multiple height adjustments, and angles. The ONLY time I don't feel this pressure is when I lean FOWARD 80-75 degrees- but then I get zero back support. The moment I lean my back to the backrest I feel pressure/pulling from my gluts/hamstrings. I've tried sitting with my butt all the way into the back of the chair, middle, edge, nothing makes it better other than leaning forward which is definitely not the ideal way to sit.

I have about 3 more weeks left into the return period- I really really want to like this chair and get comfy in it but I just don't know wtf is wrong. ANY advice/feedbacks would be greatly appreciated 🙏
