Hi everyone,

My (29M) wife (29F) have decent savings towards retirement.

Both of us max out pre tax 401k. I get 50% matching (no limit) and my wife gets 125% matching for the first 6% of her salary. We are ineligible for Roth IRA so we contribute to traditional IRA and convert to Roth IRA.

Our companies also provide matching for Roth 401k, i.e. we can contribute after tax money but the companies contribute PreTax. We are not able to decide if we should switch to Roth 401k. Seems like a nice idea to get tax cuts now but we fear with the earnings, we'll end up paying a lot more when we retire. Any suggestions?
