I am 19 and have a custodial brokerage account in the state of CO. In CO, 21 is the age which you receive full ownership of your account (as I understand it). My question is if I have gains of over 3k in my account that I would like to withdraw will that be taxed at my tax bracket or my parents?
Any help is much appreciated. I hope I’m posting this in the right sub. If not feel free to correct me.
