I'm looking for a new hobby - and I wanted to give candle making a shot!
Being a frugal college student, I'm looking to keep expenses as low as possible.
Does anyone have advice?
Like, the cheapest way to color and scent candles ... or cheapest type of container to use, or a cheap site to buy supplies?
