I've been looking at getting a pair of loafers I can slip on quick for daily work use without being too over the top. I've debated between getting Ferragamos, or a cheaper loafer like Allen Edmonds, Cole Hann etc, my dad was saying it would be a waste of money. Whereas my girlfriend said I'd always regret not getting the Ferragamos, but she ahs been on the fence and said they'd be a waste of money before as well. They are are normally $800 and even on sale they are $400. What do you all think, is it possible to find a shoe that looks just a good around 150, or should I just suck it up and buy the Ferragamos. Or, am I just paying for a name brand?
