I made an account on a reputable electronics site to apply for a credit card. As I confirm my phone number through text, it prompts me to continue to the first page with basic information. The page previously only asked for my phone number and SSN.

As the next page loads, everything I need to fill out is empty, address, etc, except for the "primary email." This email is strangely already filled in. WTF? It's not my email, but I vaguely recognized from years ago as someone who stole money from me. But this email is slightly different. I do a search people looker search, and my suspicions were correct. It's the same person.

It's not autofill either, how would I know the new email? It's impossible. But it will not allow me to change the primary email. I called consumer support and they're completely baffled by why it's doing this, they called their credit bureau and no one has any info on the email in question, but I for sure know it's the thieve's email address. What should I do from here? The account has already been frozen, and I don't have any dings on my credit. I took videos of the interaction and application process, highlighting the email and who its linked to.
