My MiL wanted a new faucet. Her kitchen is heavily used, the last one lasted about two years before the finish was rubbing off and the sprayer wouldn't seat back correctly.

I couldn't find a two handle (I hate single wiggle valves) kitchen faucet with a sprayer head at Lowe's/hd/Amazon. Decided to look for restaurant grade gear.

Wound up with THIS FAUCET and it works great.

It was a bit of a pain in the ass to install, compared to resi grade stuff. The sprayer can blast someone across the house. It's been in use a couple months now and everyone has been thrilled with it.

The valves are just standard washers. Parts are available at any plumbing supply store.

Bonus: I put all new 1/2"PEX plumbing from the main supply and water heater, it terminates straight into the valves. Since the faucet is high flow the on demand water heater kicks in fast and we don't have to wait nearly a minute for hot water to reach the tap.

Disclaimers: We did order from the site I linked, but I know nothing about them. I am a maintenance person at a resort with three kitchens--but I rarely work on the kitchen gear. The brand is well liked by the plumbing supply rep that we use. It cost about $50 more than the faucet it replaced.
