I am 36 and somewhat comfortable, car and mortgage is all. I am interested in purchasing a large plot as a long term investment and eventual home site. With the work from home movement recently there is a significant likelihood they will say GTFO don’t back and I could work from wherever.
I have a house I am renovating near the office and would like to hold onto that as a rental or personal apartment. Personally, would like to buy land in BFE and commute to the city property when needed.
Question is how do I start setting myself up to have that extended property and is anyone familiar with forestry planning/investment?
